Another free ebook day

Today – Wednesday, June 13th – I’m giving away more of my latest book – “In Living Color: The Lord’s Prayer.” Just click on the link and you’ll go to the the Amazon page where you can download it onto any Kindle app.

I wrote the book because I found a translation of this timeless prayer that came directly from Aramaic, the language Jesus spoke. I’ve been saying the Lord’s Prayer the same way for my whole life, with a few minor changes once in a while – “sins” instead of “trespasses,” or leaving out the old English – “who art” in heaven.

I learned that Aramaic often has several layers of meaning that connect to the body, mind, and spirit. The new translations opened my eyes to deeper meanings underlying the traditional words in English.

This is no scholarly theological book, and it’s not lengthy. I hope it can enhance your understanding of how beautiful, deep, and ancient the Lord’s Prayer is – and I hope it will enhance your praying of it.

On the advice of promoters for free days – you will see a regular price of $4.99. It’s true, but it’s not true. Today, the ebook version through Amazon for Kindles is free. But tomorrow and “regularly,” the price of the ebook will be $2.99, just like it was last week. It’s a thing called advertising gimickery. Make people think they’re getting a better deal. Either way, today it’s free. That’s a pretty good deal whether it’s $2.99 or $4.99.

If you didn’t get it on the last free day – today’s free ebook download is another chance.
